How to Setup Google Translate


Google Translate Widget is an Webpage Translator by Google, through which users can translate the webpages in their native languages.

Add Google Translate to your Blog The following steps will help you do so.

Before you make any changes, make sure to take a Theme Backup.

Step 1: Register for Blogger.

Step 2: Select Layout Menu.

Step 3: Create a Text Item Translate in the Header Icon Widget.


Presently, Google Interpret symbol will show up on your Blog Header.

Page Language and Included Languages must be replaced as the next step.


Step 4: Change Page LanguageGo to the Theme HTML Editor now.

Step 5:Identify these codes:


gTranslate: {

  includedLangs: "en,hi,gu,bn,ta,te,mr,ne",

  multiLangPage: "false"
}
Step 6: If your page language is Hindi, for example, substitute hi for the language code that is marked.

If your page contains more than one language, such as an article written in both Hindi and English, replace the false value in the preceding code with the true value. 

Change Included Languages 
To change the languages that are included in the widget, for example, if you want to add languages like Indonesian, Hindi, and so on.In the language list, the widget will only display these languages.

Step 7: In order to include languages like Hindi, Indonesian, Bengali, and Tamil, replace the marked portion with hi, id, bn, ta and separate them with commas  i.e. 

That's finished. Refresh your Blog Page and save your changes.
